Warrior Personal Safety knows child predators can be found in all walks of life, including the important jobs of child care, teacher or after school activity provider.  Many liability insurance policies for martial arts schools, school districts, churches and others require background checks of all employees in direct contact with children. Without these checks, many of these insurance protections are void from the policy.

How the background check works:

1. During the employment interview you advise prospective employees a condition of employment for all positions in direct contact with children or students is they must provide written authorization for you (the employer) to complete a comprehensive background report through a professional investigative agency.  It’s quite likely your current liability insurance for sexual misconduct or abuse is not in force for your existing employees without background reports.
2. Your prospective or current employee provides information and written consent for you to complete the background report together with their drivers license.  This consent is forwarded directly to the professional service utilized for the report and a summary report is forwarded directly to you per your delivery instructions.
3. Once we receive and process the consent form, you will be charged for the report. You will be provided with a summary of the report indicating areas of concern developed in the analysis, if any.
